Bingham Family Beef Stew

Beef stew is an easy way for me to do a little prep in the morning for a perfectly easy dinner time.

I don't always buy a lot of prepackaged mixes or live super close to the grocery store so I improvise as in this recipe making my own onion soup mix. Enjoy!
