Welcome to Bingham Beef! Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Product Quality & Guarantee
At Bingham Beef, we are committed to providing premium-quality beef, carefully processed and packaged for your satisfaction. All of our beef is processed under and meets USDA certification requirements. Products are dry-aged for 21 days, then packaged, sealed and frozen. If you ever feel that a product does not meet our stated quality standards, please contact us directly.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safe delivery of frozen products.
Shipping Policy
All beef is shipped frozen and packed in insulated containers with dry ice. We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping is scheduled to ensure your package arrives while still frozen.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment on the expected delivery day. We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery, which may affect product quality.
Delivery Condition & Replacement Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. While we make every effort to ensure your beef arrives frozen and in excellent condition, we understand that issues can occasionally occur in transit.
If your products arrive thawed or damaged, to qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us immediately on the day of delivery.
- Provide clear photos showing the condition of the products as they arrived.
- Email your information to info@binghambeef.com or call us at (208) 850-3803.
- Include your order number, contact information, and description of the issue.
Replacements are issued at our discretion after reviewing the submitted information. We do not issue refunds or replacements for thawing due to late pickup or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placement by contacting us directly. Once your order has been packed or shipped, we cannot accommodate cancellations or modifications.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please refer to our Replacement Policy above.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your order process will be used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process payments and deliver your order.
